The smart, easy choice.

For $100 per person, per night, in a shared sanctuary you'll get a spacious, high-walled canvas tent styled with earthy tones and named after a tree, creating a grounded, natural feel. Inside, you’ll find electricity, lighting, a fan, a sturdy cot, bedding, towels, and thoughtful decorative touches. The shared common area includes a mini kitchen with coffee, tea, and snacks, a fridge, a full-length mirror and makeup station, and on-site reception to help with questions or requests. Best of all? You don’t have to cram your suitcase with towels, bedding, or extra gear, we’ve already packed the essentials for you. That means more room for costume, kit, and character.

You should know...

The Glade is a tent service with some provided amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible- is not a ticket to the event itself so you'll need to a purchase one on the event website here.

Additionally, DrachenFest is a festival where you rent or bring your own medieval fantasy costume (or purchase one there). You'll also be playing a character, so be sure to take a look at the rules on their about page.

There's on-site parking and a spacious campground. Single-stall showers are available throughout the site for convenience. Meals are not included in the price of the ticket, or with The Glade, but options include nearby restaurants, potential on-site vendors, and a general store stocked with groceries and camping necessities. While the site features wide, open spaces and some paved paths, shade is limited, and not all areas are fully accessible by paved roads.

Book your stay now. The Glade is a closed private space reserved for registered guests, staff and visitors. Registered guests can bring one visitor to the Sanctuary at a time. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Visitors do not have access to shared amenities: laundry, coffee & tea & drinks. The maximum number of overnight guests per tent is two, including visitors.
